Cindy Shad is our Wellness Coordinator and works closely with Dr Cervantes in Wellness activities at our Health Screening site; Family Wellness at FP Associates, in Suite F. She continues to assist patients as a medical receptionist and scans patient medical records into the clinic EMR system.
