  1.  Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  If soap and water aren't available, use an alcohol-based sanitizer.
  2. Wear a cloth covering in public setting where social distancing is difficult to maintain.

Our mission using Telemedicine is to provide an additional service option to our patients, make health care more convenient for those patients who live in distant areas of the Omaha metro areas and beyond.  This type of service provides a more convenient options for people with limited mobility, time, or transportation.

 Telemedicine provides our patients remote access of professional health care services we offer in our clinic.  This is a Physician or PA interactive service to provide medical evaluations and development of a treatment plan all in the convenience and privacy of your home or office by way of video medical conferencing.

 Telemedicine can provide opportunities to make health care more efficient, better coordinated and closer to home.

 Our Telemedicine service is enhanced when you access your features of your patient portal which allows patients to upload health records kept at home such as blood pressure and blood glucose readings.  Our online secure patient portal enables our patients to see their test results, schedule appointments, send non-urgent questions, or email your doctor.

 Quick lab only visits may be recommended for patients requiring lab testing, vaccinations, or injections.  Blood pressure checks are done in the office without the need for an appointments.

 A mobile retinal photo screening for diabetic monitoring can be scheduled in our office and those images are read by an ophthalmologist at a remote location.

 Most insurance plans are coverings Telemedicine and co-payments can be made online.  Self-pay discounts are also available to patients receiving Telemedicine visits.

 Video capability is necessary so a home computer with a camera, a laptop with a camera, and a smart phone are all devices which can be used for Telemedicine.
